Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mozu Doll account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
